The library collection consists of student books, professional and scientific monographs and journals in the field of engineering, technology, natural sciences and partly also social sciences. An important part is the collection of diploma theses, master theses and doctoral dissertations (in print, and on-line since 2009). Library local database is included to the Slovenian union bibliographic database COBISS+ Virtual library of Slovenia

The library also provides on-line access to Electronic sources of the University of Maribor: e-journals (ScienceDirect, Springer, Wiley, IEEE, ACS, Sage, Taylor&Francis), e-books (Springer, EBSCO eBook), specialized databases (Web of Science, Scopus, ProQuest, …) and theses and dissertations of University of Maribor - DKUM - Digital Library of University of Maribor.
